[Opinions] Esme and Luna
Replies
I love Esme Freya and Luna Imogen as singular names (sound and meaning), combos and as a sibset.
Just one boy name? How about a few (or more): Caius "Cai", Felix, Leif, Tarquin, Cael, Alastar, Finn, Axel, Dominic, Piers, Bram, Florian, Crispin, Jasper, Marcus, Justus, Kester, Tristan, Roman, Kian, Beau, Sebastian, Adrian, Gavin, Derek, Damien, Duncan, Curtis, Julian.

I think Axel and Bram would go nicely with them

And finally, what boy name would you add?
- What about Remy or Amos? I think either of those could work.

What do you think of Esme Freya and Luna Imogen as a sibset? Esme and Luna go together so beautifully. This would be beyond gorgeous for twins.

What do you think of each name seperately? They're all absolutely beautiful! The only one I'm not super crazy about is Imogen, but I don't mind it.
And finally, what boy name would you add? Aias Grey, Astor Zane, Faolán Blaise (one of my favorites), Meallán Zacharias, Minoru Pallas, Rónán Thales, or Sivas Constantine.

The styles fit very well together.
I prefer Esmée for a girl, since Esmé is grammatically masculine in French to my understanding and was originally borne by a male (Esmé Stuart/Stewart, 1st Duke of Lennox, 1542/3-1583). I've never liked Freya, but besides thinking the name bears a passing similarity to "fryer" and "frying" I don't really know why; as a middle name, I can pass it.
Brothers? Ludovic, Quintin (KWIN-tin), Quentin (KWEN-tin), Quincy, Victor, Jonas, Crispin, Odo, Kenelm, Everett, Cassius (KAS-ee-us), Marcel, and Marius come to mind. Any name that sounds artsy and aristrocratic Victorian would fit in well, I think.

What do you think of Esme Freya and Luna Imogen as a sibset?
I don't care for it. Imo, Esme has a lot of romantic, old-fashioned charm, while Luna feels more modern and more like a free-wheeling nature girl. They feel out of step with each other.
What do you think of each combo seperately?
I like Luna Imogen. Esme Freya doesn't appeal to me. I'd prefer a mn with a different number of syllables and (perhaps) a different vowel sound.
What do you think of each name seperately?
LOVE Esme and Imogen, like Luna for other people, and Freya is nms.
And finally, what boy name would you add?
Perhaps Felix, Tristan, or Geoffrey?
