One day Victor stormed in the door after school, threw his bookbag on the floor, and left, all without a word. Daniel tried to intervene, but Victor ignored him completely. Almost an hour later, Victor returned, dragging Adam's nearly unconscious body. We don't know exactly what happened, but, in the next few weeks, Adam gradually became more receptive. He definately isn't the image of excellence, but progress is being made.Nathan is doing better. He is still very cautious, but living in a more rural area seems to help soothe his nerves. One downfall of living out in the country is that the only males his age are Victor and Adam, and he doesn't exactly have much in common with them. Delia loves American life. She has joined the tennis (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) and swim (Wednesday and Saturday) teams at school, and is very well-liked by her teammates. Delia is also in a martial arts class that meets on Mondays and Saturdays and is learning some basic dance moves from Winter. Frankly, she is much more physically inclined than the boys. She is also more inclined to look toward the future than the boys, and is considering a career in law enforcement.
