Congratulations!16-- Inspired by "Lothlorien" by Howard ShoreSahara Rain is a girl of nine years. She is very quiet and shy, but will warm up to you as time goes on. Sahara loves gardening and has a “green thumb” so to speak. Sahara has long brown hair and brown eyes. Her favorite color is orange and she is a vegetarian.18-- Inspired by "The Voice" by Lisa Kelly
Saoirse Andrea Maeve is a four year old girl from Ireland. She has red curly hair and sparkling green eyes. Saoirse has started Irish fiddle lessons at a young age, and so far, is showing quite a lot of talent in that area. Her mothers dying wish was that her little girl find a good, safe home, and that she would be provided for. That’s why we came to you. Saoirse is very good at performing and never gets stage fright. She would love to be able to perform in a local talent show some time. Despite her young age, Saoirse is quite a remarkable little girl. Please update us on how the kids are doing!

Sahara and Saoirse have fit right in with our family. Alan loves being a big brother to 2 little sisters. Sahara took a little while to warm up, but really came around when she saw the large garden that Holly keeps on the farm. Holly and Sahara have spent many wonderful afternoons tending to the garden. Although the rest of the family eats meat, we have had no problem allowing Sahara to remain a vegetarian. Sahara attends the same small public school as her brother Alan. Saoirse warmed up pretty quickly and we are hoping she doesn't lose too much of her Irish Broagh (though we fear it's inevitable). She loves the cows and will play the fiddle for them during milking time. We don't have a lot of Irish Fiddling around here, but we did enroll her in our local music school where she has also started learning violin. The music school has a show coming up at the Community Center, and Saoirse is so excited that she will be performing for the whole community
