[Opinions] recent name and twins!
I recently heard the name Ainsley and LOVED it. What do you all think?
Also, my sister is having twins and plans to name them Dallas Paul(m) and Cheyanne Ashlin(f). What do you think? I personally am not a fan of Dallas nor the sibset.

I love Cheyanne but spelt Cheyenne.
I'm also not a fan of this sibset.
Ainsley is alright, but it isn't my favorite by a long shot. I could see a cute little girl named Ainsley though that could change that opinion.

I've known one little girl named Ainslie, and the male chef Ainsley Harriott. I rather like Ainsley for both sexes, though it is fairly trendy.
I think Dallas and Cheyanne are OK as a twinset. I'd *much* prefer the spelling Cheyenne. I have a bit of a weakness for the cowboy style.

Sorry, but I don't like any of them. All of them (except Paul) sound so 'I'm a low class American trying so hard to give my child a cre8atyve name (that only half her class will have), BUT she/he will be specil(every child is special. And as a teacher I prefer my pupils to have names that I know how to pronounce and spell (and to be able to teach them how to sign their own name). Ok, rant over (it's my pet peeve).
I like Paul, the rest of the names are too trendy for my taste.
I used to know an Ainslie (this spelling), a man now in his 60s. I liked him a lot, so I love the name.
The twin names are nms at all.

I don't mind Dallas all that much, but I really dislike Cheyenne. The whole western-style name trend is very dated, imo.
Ainsley is nms. It's so nasal, I just don't enjoy the sound of it.

I love Cheyenne for a boy.
Dallas is alright, I prefer it on a girl

I've liked Ainsley since I heard it on the show "West Wing" but I think part of the reason is because I like the character.

Ainsley is so tryndee and it has a whiny quality to it.
Is your sister a bit obsessed with Western style names? I don't really mind Dallas, but Cheyanne is gross. If you're going to use the name of the town/tribe, at least have the respect to spell it right.

She may be spelling it Cheyenne... I haven't really asked. And I was wondering about the Western theme myself...
