I really like Kiara (I'd pronounce it like tiara with a 'k' rather than like Keira), I think it's gorgeous. For once the fact that I heard it first in a Disney movie doesn't bother me (Simba's daughter in the Lion King). I actually know someone who named their daughter this.

Both names are great. I like Kiara slightly more.

Kiera, the Anglicized form of Ciara, I could go for. Or Italian Chiara.
