Wdyt? Love it... hate it? Does it scream "Voldemort"? =P. I've been falling for it for a while. Here's some combos I can come up with.Adrian Vladimir

Vladimir Dimitri -- I really like this one, but is it too much Russian-ness happening at once?

Screams Vladimir Putin and Lenin. Boring to me, know a ton of Vladimirs and Vlados.From your combos I like:

Screams "Vladimir Ilich Lenin" to me rather than Voldemort. It's a bit "heavy" for someone with no Russian background, but an interesting name, I suppose.

Vladimir isn't bad. It's interesting enough. Not something I would use personally. But I like it.

Vladimir actually screams Dracula!I like the name, but would never consider it if the dad wasn't Eastern European. I liek it paired with Luka and Micah

Adrian Vladimir and Vladimir Alexei are very nice combinations. I'm not big on Vladimir. i'm pronouncing it the Russian way, "vla-DEE-meer." Is that how you pronounce it? I do love the Russian nn for it though, Volodya ("vuh-LOH-dyuh").

I've always heard it pronounced "VLA-di-meer." I can't say I'm a huge fan of the traditional Russian pronunciation, either, now that I see it. But I really love the way I've always known it to be.Volodya is quite nice. I love the sound. But the O's just make it look a bit too much like Voldemort lol. That's the danger with this name...
