Eira has been doing very well at school, until she met Edgar. She was completely in love with him and spent most of her time outside of school with him. We weren't really happy about this, but Edgar (who prefers to be called "Harris") seemed like a nice enough guy, and I was already pleased that at we at least liked the guy she was in love with. One day she came home with him and they said they wanted to tell us something. I expected that they had plans to get married, but instead she told us she was pregnant, and wanted to keep the baby. I told her that she was way to young to have a baby and that she didn't even have a place of her own to raise the baby. Digby was a bit calmer, he asked Harris to leave so we could talk to our daughter. We spent the whoel nigth talking with her and in the end we decided that she could stay with us to raise the baby and that we would help her, if she finished her school. We decided that Jules was welcome to stay her as well, since he needed to help raise his child.
When the baby was born they named him Kai Wander. He's absolutely adorable and we love having him around, except that we would have loved to have him around a couple of years later than this...
Orion is still very very busy with everything he wants to do. His whoel life seems to revolve around sports and music. He's in band and he also wants to compete with his sports at a higher level. He doesn't seem to have enough time to practice for both the music and the sports, so we're asking him to making a decision to choose one thing to devote his time to.
Jojo is still doing just okay at school. He doesn't really seem to have any ambition to do anything. He likes to sit behind the computer most of the time. We're trying to get him more involved in social activities, but he just doesn't seem to be interested.
Thor's best friend is still Molly. He felt really bad about goign to another school that she's going to and int he end we decided to transfer him. We have an arrangement with Molly's mom, that shre will take him there, so we don't have to travel to too many different schools in the morning.
Zion is doing fine, and he looks up to Orion a lot. He wants to take music lessons and do all kinds of sports as well. We let him do whatever he wants to, we're happy that he's enjoying it all so much.
Cadie has been really excited about Kai's arrival. She's trying to help Eira with mothering over him as much as she can. Also most of Cadie's little friends enjoy being in our house and fussing over the baby. Kai doesn't need to complain about lack of attention here...
Ozzy is mischievous little boy. He's very adorable, but knows exactly what he isn't supposed to do and seems to enjoy doing those things most. We hope he'll grow out of that eventually.
Tristan has been getting in trouble more and more. He's been kicked out of two high schools already. He kept hanging out with what we considering 'wrong friends'. He got in trouble with the police a few times and we recently found drugs in his bedroom. A couple of weeks ago he had let us know he was in a relationship. Last week we expected to meet his girlfriend, but instead he brought his boyfriend home. We were both shocked. I never had any idea that he might be gay. I though he had made a joke at first, but later I saw them kissing in our garden, and I'm getting the feeling that it's very real. Digby is really upset, he's convinced it's just another way of Tristan to upset us. We'll see what happens with this...
