To me, Kizaki sounds fine as a girls' name, but then I'm not Japanese and have no knowledge of the language or culture, so I couldn't really judge. I wonder if names like Matthew or Peter would sound acceptable for a girl to Japanese parents with no knowledge of English. Kizaki sounds like a make of a car to me. I don't really care for it.
