As for the spelling, eh...I like it as Amarante. Things change over the centuries - Katharine is now kath-ryn, not kath-a-ryne. ;-)I really love:

Thanks. :-)Lacking restraint, I often type before I do my own research. I was able to use the link to BtN's info. It makes perfect sense that it's a Greek name with the "-anthos" root in there. Glad you liked those girl combos. Now that you mention the name, Amarante and Pavlos look pretty dashing together as siblings. Yes?
