Random Event: This round you adopt a child in addition to having your own child. You may choose the gender, name and where they are from.
Random event number: 1-21 (choose number #7 again)
Artie and Evie have now been married for almost three years. They have just been blessed with the arrival of their first child, Magi! Evie had an easy pregnancy and labour and Magi was born weighing 9.11!! A very big baby.
When Magi was a month old, Evie's sister-in-law who also had a child around the same time, was involved in a car accident with her husband. They were both killed on impact. When emergency services arrived Chase was in his car seat wailing but unharmed. The parents will stated that in the event of their death Chase was to be brought by the Timbers! As a consequence they adopted him (being 3 days younger than Magi) and now are bringing the little ones up as though they are twins. They now see chase as if he was their own although they are aware that he will need contact with his maternal family as well as be aware when he is older that he is the son of Evie's brother.
