After a year of marriage Colin and Anna were thrilled to discover they were pregnant. They decided to be surprised by the sex. The delivery room was overflowing with people. Both mothers were there as well as Anna's sister Rose. Everyone joyously welcomed the first grandson on both sides into the world, Boyce Marshall.
Anna's sister Rose, and Colin's brother Duncan were both asked to be Godparents and were overjoyed at the honor. The night Boyce was born Colin bought a scratch ticket, saying it was his "lucky day" and it really was. He won $50,000! Colin and Anna were so excited thinking of all the things they could do with it. In the end practicality won out though. They have put the money away to save for college for Boyce and any future children they may have.
