James and Nancy had a huge fight a few weeks ago over money. James threatened to leave Nancy and the kids if she didn't get a job and help out with finances. She promised to get a job and has since gotten a part time job. She hates being away from the children for the time she is at work and because of this James and Nancy often get into arguments. She realises she no longer loves James and is seriously considering getting a divorce but is worried that she will get nothing in a settlement.
