I can't stand Byron, sorry. It sounds extremely ugly to me and it looks like a typo of Bryan. Also, it's a surname. Reed is a verb to me (read). Family names are nice, but maybe use one in the middle and save the other one for a middle name on a future son.
Juliana Marie is fine. Marie is extremely boring as a middle name, though. What about Juliana Mary? It would still honor Marie and is much more interesting.
The names really clash. Byron is harsh and surnamey while Juliana is classic and flowing.
I can't stand Joelle or Joella, sorry. I love Julia (I might be biased, though) and prefer it to Juliana. Julia Mary would be stunning!
