Fran would be the one I would use. Fran or Franny is the prettiest nick names for this name in my opinion.

I like Cesca the best.

I think everyone else pretty much covered all the possible NN's. My favorite would have to be Frances, and then Chessie / Chessy being my second choice.

The only one I like is Frankie. I prefer it to Francesca.

Do you prouncounce it like Fran-Chesca or Fran-Kessa? Because I remember a read a book in middle school about a girl named Francesca who went by Kessa which I really liked. Though Chesca is also nice too. There's also:
