Ava. It's beautiful and rare. (and I love Alva, which is very close)
Eva is too overused and religious (where I live anyway - but I do prefer it to the french Ève which is just ugly ;) and Iva doesn't sound nice to me (like the english pronunciation of Eva >.< )
My favorite 3 letter names are Aya and Rei/Ray ^^
