River and Julia got married two years ago and they welcomed another baby girl less than a year later. Her name is Catalina Hazel and she is as beautiful as her big sister. Soon after Lina was born, they decided it was time to move houses and they bought a little house with some family help. They also got a dog who Verity named "Miley" because she really likes Hannah Montana.
About a year ago, Ori started dating Oliver, who is six years older than her. At first Winter and Rohan were a little concerned about the age gap, but they thought it was something temporary. Therefore, they were really surprised when Ori told them that Oliver had proposed after founding out that she was pregnant. Eight months later, they had a little boy called Justus Alistair in honour of his great- grandfathers.
Grandpa Al turned 80 years old some moths ago and they celebrated with a huge party. Alejandro's health is excellent for his age and they all hope he will live for a long time.
Gus and Bastian are still together and decided to tell everyone that they are dating. Some of their friends stopped talking to them after that, but Gus said this was a good thing since they realised who their real friends were.
Jess and Barb have being quarrelling for the last six months, and everyone is afraid of them braking up after such a long time of being together. However, Grandpa Al says that what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger and the whole family hopes this is the case.
Rohan and Winter are very proud of Angel. She is becoming famous among her community for her environmental concern. She and a group of friends have been organising demonstrations to raise awareness of global warming and deforestation. Orlando has been very supportive and they are very happy together. Whenever Winter asks whether they will marry or not, Angel jokes about being an independent woman and being really busy with the environment to be thinking about marriage.
Sissi is already thinking about her sixteenth birthday and she tells everyone who wants to listen that she will organise a memorable party. She spends most of her time in the shopping centre with her friends or talking on the phone.
Yuri has got used to living with his uncle and aunt and he is very thankful for everything they have done for him. However, he sometimes misses his parents and cries during the night. Gus hears his weeping and goes to his bedroom to comfort him. They have had a very especial relationship since Yuri came to the house and the boy enjoys spending time with his cousin, who lends him his books about medicine and biology. Yuri says that when he grows up he wants to become a doctor like Gus.
Ginny has had a very happy life with her family. She has been the little one almost her whole life and consequently everyone likes to spoil her, especially Jess who always gives her gifts and sweets.
As years go by, Rohan and Winter feel extremely proud of their family and enjoy seeing how their children become responsible adults who have their one families to take care of.
