[Opinions] Bandwagon: One more celebrity baby...
I checked if this was mentioned before and I couldn't find any, so I suppose it wasn't mentioned before now. Don't shoot me if it was, please.Actress Poppy Montgomery (of TV show 'Without A Trace') and actor boyfriend Adam Kaufman, became the parents of a boy, Jackson Phillip Kaufman, on December 23, 2007 in Los Angeles. Jackson weighed in at 7 lbs. 4 oz.
- Source IMDb.I, personally, love both names and as a combo, it sounds great.

I'm not a fan of either name, but not bad for a celebrity. Only problem is (as someone on another board mentioned), try saying Jack Kaufman fast, lol.

I'm not a fan of Phillip but I love Jackson.

Jackson is pretty "Surnamey trendy", but it's not that bad in all honesty! It could have been a lot worse.

Yawn. I'm so sick of Jackson, it isn't even funny.I'd much prefer the combo if the names were flipped.Array

Oh! that's why her character is pregnant on the show! Thanks for posting.

Yep that's the reason.I haven't seen any episodes of that yet, her characters pregnancy that is, because Danish TV are a bit behind. Tonights episode was 114, season 5 and I forgot all about it, because I was watching a DVD. Gah! I hope that they rerun it at some point, preferably in the nearest future.

I thought it was a bit boring, esp. coming from a Poppy (and all of her siblings have 'eccentric' names as well). But maybe she didn't like growing up with an unusual name?

I read her saying in some interview, that apart from having a bit of a red in her hair as a child, having freckles, being a bit too tall and gangly, she had a lot of siblings with odd names (making it worse) and therefore she was considered a bit odd growing up. So she was teased a bit. So I think that she just wants her son to have an ordinary name, so he can have a bit of normalcy, in the role of having celebrity parents. Just my thoughts on the matter.

I'm really tired of Jackson, but Phillip is nice.
