Alexander was furious when he found out that Elliot was not his. Victoria had had an affair with a man one night and produced a baby. Alexander suspected something when the baby was born because it did not look at all like him, but did not ask. Victoria admitted it to him. She said that she was trully sorry and would stop seeing him. Alexander said "Strike 1" meaning that he was angry but will give his wife another chance. Alex and Victoria decided not to tell any of their children and to grow Elliot as if he was Alex's son.
