I think it's incredibly pretentious sounding, and mannish on a girl.
No combo ideas, though I suggest it as a middle name if you really must use it. I mean, seriously, compare:
Nadia Sloane Underdahl VS Sloane Joanna Lehrer
Asher Sloane Perugia VS Sloane Leland Dreyer
One side of the equation sounds significantly classier to me.
