[Opinions] Ambrosette
I got sort of bored yesterday and was combining names. [None of which I'd use, almost all of them were really, really bad]. But one name I came up with is actually not too bad. WDYT of Ambrosette? I think it'll go on my GP list at least. It's a combination of Ambrose [immortal] and Rosette [pet form of Rosa -> Rose] so the meaning's kinda cool. All that really bugs me is that this would be a girl's name and Ambrose is a boy's name. Don't think I'd use it, but what do you think? Like it? Hate it? Would you be horrified to see it in a BA, or would you say "Oh, that's so nice next to Ayden-Jayden-Kayden-McFayden and Summer Rain Sky!"*A quick google search says I'm not the first one to think of it, but still.

Some masculine names convert into feminine names quite nicely--Josephine, Victoria, etc. Ambrosette seems very forced to me, or like Ambrose had a sex change and just stuck on the -ette. :b

sounds like a fancy alcoholic liqueur to me:)

It's fine, but I still prefer Ambrose or Ambrosia. I'd much prefer to see it next to...well, most of what you see in BA's alot lately. it's just a little too much for me for some reason.

I agree (m.)Cute, but like Fiammetta and Viviana and Isabella, it's too frilly for my own liking.
