[Opinions] Thoughts on Regina
I really like it lately. WDYT of Regina? I don't like Gina; I'd probably just call her by the full name. I'd really, really appreciate combo suggestions, too. I am stuck on this one.

I've been thinking about this name a little lately too. I love that it means "Queen". I'm Sarah which obviously means "Princess", so maybe that's why. Here are some combos with names from your PNL:Regina Abigail
Regina Adelle (I'd prefer Regina Adele)
Regina Alice
Regina Audrey
Regina Beatrice
Regina Caroline
Regina Carys
Regina Catherine
Regina Charlotte
Regina Chloe
Regina Clare
Regina Elise
Regina Elizabeth
Regina Felicity
Regina Frances
Regina Grace
Regina Hope
Regina Iris
Regina Madeline (I'd prefer Regina Madeleine)

Regina isn't my style. It reminds me of Regina George, the "Queen Bee" in Lindsay Lohan's movie Mean Girls

I love Regina, it's one of my top favorites. I like it in the combo Eleanor Regina, even though some people have a problem with the double r thing. I would be careful to not pair it with anything too "holy" or Biblical sounding to avoid the nun associations.
I don't mind the nn Gina, but I wouldn't hope for it.

I love Regina, and am glad it's never trendy and probably never will be. The only drawback I see to it is: when I was a dispatcher, I had to talk to somebody in Regina, Canada, and I pronounced it Reh-JEE-Nuh. I was quickly corrected and told the city is pronounced like Vagina. lol But I guess you probably won't have that trouble.Regina AdelleRegina AmberRegina BlairRegina BrookeRegina CamilleRegina Celeste (a bit overly frilly maybe? Regina... hmmm. Well its a nice solid name. Its not overly feminine or masculine. Its pretty, but not overly used. I think it would be a nice name on a little girl.On a side note, my aunt's name is Gina. My grandma named her after the actress Gina Lollabridgida. She gets compliments on her name all the time. The only downside to the "gina" aspect of both names though is pronounciation. My uncle married a Korean woman, and both of the children (not purposely of course) call our aunt Gina a name that rhymes with va-Gina. It makes our aunt laugh, though. :)
