I personally think that Felix is too much of a stretch to be a nickname for Felicity. Few people would be able to see the association so I think it would cause more problems then not. Felix is also extremely masculine sounding name and as a nickname for Felicity I think it rather ruins Felicity's beautiful sound.
If you're looking for a nn for Felicity why not try Flick or what about Flicka? Lissie / Lissy is always an option. I've also see Fliss used once, I believe Fliss is actress Felicity Jones' nn. Also off the top of my head I rather like Felly as a nn. WDYT?

I don't like it much... Firstly, because Felix is traditionally a boy's name (even though it happens to be my surname), but also because it seems to be a bit stretched.
