I think Ireleigh is pretty awful with any spelling, but if I had to pick one, I'd choose Ireley. The beginning "ire" makes me think of anger or wrath, so it's an unpleasant name, imo.
Ireleigh fits right in with Briana and Keegan, but Levi, Abram, and Hosanna sound like a separate sibset.

I agree with both your points:
The "Ire" part of Ireleigh is angrily unflattering.
Ireleigh's family sounds like 2 different sibsets!
