I love Elizabeth! It is my most favorite name. For Elizabeth there are so many nicknames, probably more than any other names. Liz and Lizzy is the more modern today nickname. Beth is the 1960ish nickname or full name. Bess, Bessie, and Betty are the oldest ones. I really like Beth the best then Lizzy. There is also Eliza. I know that some people say that Lily is a nickname for it but I have yet to see or hear anyone named Elizabeth who goes by Lily.
