Beau is to masculine for a girl in my opinion. However, Bo might work. There is an actress named Bo Derek, and the little girl in the movie Signs was also called Bo.

Bo is a traditional male name in Sweden
Bo is all male to me, but in USA it is obviously different.

It's masculine to me as well, and the two examples I gave are the only feminine Bo's I've ever heard of. However, I could see Bo being used on a girl more so than Beau, hence my suggestion : )
