I love Roxanne, but Roxie is totally trashy to me. Spencer is ok-ish on boy (too surnamey) and trashy on girl...Ava and Ada: I like both when pron ah-vah and ah-dah :)

I also like the form Roxana. Spencer is ok for a boy, I don't like it for a girl.I like both Ada and Ava. I would choose Ada (or Adah), since Ava is so popular."You sought a flower and found a fruit. You sought a spring and found a sea. You sought a woman and found a soul. You are disappointed."

I really like the name Roxanne, nn Roxy. Any time I've mentioned it to family members they've said that they don't like it! I quite like Spencer as a mn for a boy, but I don't like it for a girl at all. I LOVE the name Ava and I'm thinking of using it for a dd of my own in the future. Ada is lovely too.

Ooh, Roxy/Roxie is an absolute favourite of mine, although I doubt I'd never name my child that. Spencer and Ada aren't really my style adn I think that Ava is nice, but too trendy.

I loathe both Roxanne and Spencer (especially on a girl!), sorry. I like Ava, but it's really trendy. I prefer Eva and Eve. Ada said AH-dah is lovely, but I don't care for it said AY-dah.

Roxanne sounds to harsh to my ears. The sound of it is unpleasant in my opinion.Spencer is quite handsome. Spence is a great nickname.Ava is getting tired, too overused. Ada is nice alternative.

Roxanne is ok. I prefer Roxane. I know a girl called Roxanne and she always goes by Roxy.Spencer is ok. I like it. I would only like it on a boy. Can have the nn Spence.I'm not really drawn to Ava or Ada. I would prefer Adelaide to Ada.

Ooh, Roxane (I prefer one n) is my guilty pleasure; I'm mildly obsessed with Cyrano de Bergerac. I wouldn't even use a nickname, but Roxy will work.Spencer is bearable on a boy, but sounds rather silly on a girl. Ava and Ada are nice, though the former is a little too celebrity-chic for me.

Roxanne and Roxy/Roxie are nms. I like Spencer as a first or middle name for a boy (but not for a girl). Ava and Ada are both nice names. Ava seems to have gotten popular though. I would go with Ada.
