[Opinions] Re: Caoimhe

I love the sound of it but think the spelling would cause a lot of problems. If I ever write it down I have to look it up every time. I once met a woman called Keava. She chose the name herself as she had changed her name from her birth name due to wanting to move on from her past. I think that spelling makes more sense outside of Ireland. I've also seen Keavy used (by Irish people).
An Irish middle name would be nice but it called also seem a bit ott if you're not careful.
Irish combos I like are:
Caoimhe Roisin
Caoimhe Sinead
Caoimhe Aisling
Caoimhe Enya
You could also consider:
Caoimhe Brianna
Caoimhe Fiona
Caoimhe Skye
Caoimhe Frances
Caoimhe Rose
