Samantha is growing on me but I still wouldn't say I like it; Samuela is my favorite related name, provided Samantha actually does come from Samuel.
I love Rachel. I prefer the spelling Rachael but either way, I think it's a very sweet name. Rachel Samantha would be my pick between the combos.

Rachel Miriam (as Rachael Miriam it's on my own favorites list)

Rachel Olivia (love this one as well)
