I love history and the classic names.American-Elizabeth, Martha, Mary, Abigail, Dolly, Eleanor,...basically the first ladies (some of them are classics). Also some Puritan and country ones like Susanna. William, George, James, Thomas, John, John Quincy, Theodore "Teddy", Franklin, Abraham, WoodrowBritish-Elizabeth (for the queens), Victoria, Mary, Jane, MargaretMen-First is Henry (for the kings-Henry VIII), William (kings and Shakespeare), John, James, Charles, Edward, Winston (for the prime minister)

I think Susanna would be a good name. My grandpa, who I love dearly, expressed that he always wanted to name a daughter Susanna but was unable to because my grandma vetoed it. She thought it was ugly. I think it would be a great name to use in his honour. I am not in LOVE with it though, so it might have a chance in the middle name slot.
Theodore is also a good name that I have been thinking about. The problem is, while I like the nn Teddy I really hate the nn Ted and am not exactly fond of Theo. Besides that, if I used Theodore and Eleanor in a sibset, I think it would look to rhymey.

Oh yeah, I did not relize that. Plus they are all Roosevelts. In that set you could have a Franklin...you would be all covered.
