Apollo and Trucy met when Apollo was 22 and Trucy was 15. Trucy's adoptive father had been accused of murder, and Apollo was his defense attorney. Luckily, Apollo managed to clear her father and find the real killer. Shortly afterwards, Apollo and Trucy teamed up to take on cases together. Somewhere along the line, they started dating and wound up married, much to the amusement of Trucy's father.
