[Opinions] Lazarus.
I think I'm starting to like this name. Besides the biblical reference, though, I have no knowledge of anyone bearing this name.

I really don't care for it - I think of leprosy.
I find it cumbersome, not because it's religious but because it's the name of someone who came back from the dead. St. Lazarus is also the protector of the sick, and a lazaret is another word for a leper colony.
Yes, I'm also aware of St. Lazarus. leper colonies are not called lazaret in my language, though, they're called "gafarias".
I like it a lot because it conveys both strength and intellect. I'm surprised that it hasn't been more popular in the US. Is it because of the department store?
I know someone with it as a last name. It's also the name of a now-absorbed-by-Macy's department store.
I have met one Lazarus. Everyone says, "Really?" when he introduces himself, and then no one ever forgets his name. I like it.
I adore this name
I knew a little Lazarus once. I think it's nice, though the biblical association is pretty stong. I don't know it that's a good or bad thing for you.
It's not like being a biblical name is a bad thing, I like many biblical names, but they are usually more common on people. When you meet a John or a Matthew, you might not even associate them to the bible, but since I've never met a Lazarus, I'll always think of the man that Christ brought back from the dead.
