I absolutely love Parthenia, but that shouldn't be a big surprise considering my insane fondness for long Greek girls' names. As for Fae, I think it could work as a nickname. Fae / Fay is sort of a guilty pleasure name for me and I really like Frances. Like you, I'm not a big fan of the traditional nicknames for it.
