I pronounce Honoria onn-or-EE-uh, which strongly reminds me of gonorrhea...definitely not somthing I would ever want to think of hen I say my child's name. ;P Your pronunciation is better, but I think the majority will pronounce it like me upon first look (and have the same reaction). I do really love Honour though.
Some suggestions anyway:
Honoria Marguerite
Honoria Josephine
Honoria Catharina
Honoria Melusine
Honoria Cosette
Honoria Francesca
ETA: That I actually really like your pronunciation...it's grown on me so much since I posted my response 5 minutes ago. LOL. It sounds very classy. :)
