Help[Opinions] Birth Announcement
Just wanted to say thanks to all the requlars that gave us advice over the past few months- its been a fun and interesting process.
Henry Alexander was born last week, brother to Lily.
We couldn't make up our mind so we waited until he was born- it was b/w Felix William, Samuel James, and Henry, which we picked b/c it sounds the best with our last name by far, and we think it goes pretty well with Lily. We almost didn't go with Henry b/c of its rising popularity, but it was too good to pass up.
The most common comment we have gotten so far is that " it sounds like royalty", which wasn't our intent at all, so its kind of interesting that is what comes to ppl's minds.

Congratulations! I love both of the your children's names. Henry Alexander is a classic, great name. It goes great with Lily. I can see how it sounds like royalty. With all the King Henrys and Alexander the Great. It sounds strong and masculine.

It's beautiful! I am quite chuffed. It does sound like royalty, but not to the point where it's obnoxious. Very handsome and timeless. What a great sibset. All of your choices were great, but Henry is the best. LOL Every time someone names their child Sam I feel kind of like something good in the world has been defeated. Felix and Henry are both amazing, and William and Alexander are both amazing. Yay I'm so glad!
