Fergus is fine for someone else's bebe, but I can't help but think of Ferguson Darling, Clarissa's younger brother on the old TV show Clarissa Explains It All. Major part of my childhood, et cetera. So it doesn't appeal much.

India, on the other hand, feels quaintly old-fashioned, as far as place names go. I love it.

Today, I'll say they're Fergus Conall and India Blythe. (You've no idea how hard it is for me to resist the urge to put forth India Pepelu, augh.)

Thanks. Fergus Conall is gorgeous. :-) India Blythe does sound romantic and old-fashioned, in a good way.

I didn't know that existed. People have been leaving me messages for many, many moons. More guilt. *sigh*

Thanks for cluing me in on Pepelu being Turkish. And glad to see someone else thinks Sylvestra is at least interesting and not poo-pooing it out of hand.

I've no idea if it's actually Turkish or just invented whole cloth--but that's the best I can give you as far as origin information goes. Maybe I'll poke around on Facts someday.
