I like it but, yeah, the "tit" bugs me.
When I first saw this name, I pronounced it like the 'i' in "tit" and the "-tania" like the name Tonya -- in other words, I pronounced it "tit-tonya". Though I would never use it, I like this pronunciation as well at "tye-tane-ee-ah".
