I don't know ... In the US, possibly. But the names becoming popular for girls' are normally ones that are currently popular for boys too. Kyle had its heyday a little while ago, so I don't think it will become too popular for girls at this time.
I love the sound of Kyle on a girl. Very cute and edgy, which I like.
