Well, I've never been fond of Annabel or Annie, but I do like Theresa and Tess.
Together, though, I don't think they fit. I like non-matching twins names, but I think the names should have the same sort of feel to them. Annabel and Theresa don't, in my opinion. Annabel is to frilly to be paired with Theresa.
