Reuel is a rare name, but I know a few of them. They pronounced it the original Hebrew way, reh-oo-el (they were Jewish, which may explain why they said it like that). I'm not in love with the name, but like that it's not so bad.

Reuel David and Reuel Daniel sound classy to me. Of course I pronounce David /dah-veed/, and Daniel /dah-nyel - dah-nee-el/. lol.

Love Reuel, but more as a mn than a fn.

Just be careful not to choose a mn that is or sounds like a noun / word. Reuel already sounds like the word "rule."

It's okay - but it's a posh clothing store in my area, so that's what I think of first. Sound-wise, I prefer Raoul.

Correction - the clothing store is spelled Ruehl. It still sounds the same, though.
