[Opinions] Peyron?
First of all, what do you think of Peyron as a FN/MN?
It's one of my surnames and I actually want to name a future child this (MN only) because I love both my surnames but obviously my future children can't have both my surnames so I plan on using the other one since Peyron would work as a middlename too.
It's french and reminds me of Peyton/Payton.So what do ypu people think? Would it work, as a MN at least?TIA!

If it's a family name, use it definitely! I plan on using family surnames. It is neat, too.Not as a first name though.

Sorry but I find it really unattractive and trendoid. I guess I can tollerate it as a middle name if it's a family surname.

I think family surnames as middle names are brilliant. I hate Peyton/Payton especially as first names but because it's your surname Peyron would work fine as a mn. I wouldn't use it as a fn IMO because, well, it's a surname.

As a middle name, it's perfectly fine. I don't think it's the most attractive name, but the personal ties to it make it good.

I think people would confuse it too much with Peyton / Payton as a FN. But as a MN, I think it works. There is nothing wrong with wanting to use a family surname as a MN.

Well, Peyton and Payton is really uncommon here (one man has Payton as a MN and one woman has Peyton as a FN and that's all in the whole country) so I don't think it will get confused.

Oh, oops :) [m]It's so popular in the US I tend to forget it may not be as common in other countries. So I guess that's a plus for Peyron :)

I think it would be a great middle name
