Ke-zie-ah is how it's supposed to be said.
It is much prettier than Kez-ee-ah.

I have loved this name since coming across several among my family tree.

I love it, but would only ever pronounce it Kez-EYE-a. To me, having an 'iah' ending only ever produces a EYE-a sound (e.g. Jeremiah, Josiah, etc.), whereas I could understand if the spelling Kezia could be KEZ-ee-ah.

I do like Keziah Ruth by the way.

I love Keziah, but really dislike KEZ-ee-ah because it seems like a trendyfied form of Makenzie due to the emphasis after the K, so kuh-ZIE-uh is the only way I'd consider to prounounce it. How about Keziah Jane or Keziah Ruth?

I really like it. My boyfriend's mum says it is in her Top 10 if she has another child (she has eight already so I think it is fairly likely she'll have at least one more!)

How about:
