I have starred names that are honouring or have some other special significance.

I would like most combos if there were one less name in the combos.

I like most of your names, but I would probably take one name out of each combo, eg. Jessamine Lenore (not a fan of Claudia), Antonia Camille (ditto Rose), Lachlan Augustus (ditto Gerald). Great combos though, I like the way most of them flow.
