[Opinions] Cass as a nickname
Do you think that it would be plausible to use Cass or Cassie as a nickname for Lucas or do you see it only as a girl's name? I wouldn't use Cass all the time just from time to time. Could
it work?

I love the nn Cass! I've never thought of it for a boy before but now that you mention I think it would work really nicely

I think it would, if it was Cass. I've seen Cass on boys before. Cassie seems a little young - totally fine on a very young boy, but a little cloying on an older child.

I love the name Cass for a boy. I despise the names Lucas, Cassandra, Cassidy, etc., but I love just plain Cass for a boy.

I think Cass is kind of cool for a boy. A friend's son is Christopher, nn Cass. I like it as a nn for Lucas.

Lucas is a boy's name.
How about:
Lucasta
Cassandra
Casilde (ka-SEEL-day)
Dorcas (DOOR-kas)
Cassia
Cassiopeia
Cassidy
?

She is considering Lucas nn Cass for a boy.

Oh whoops, I though she meant Lucas for a girl.

I think Cass would work but Cassie might be a bit too girly

I think either is too feminine.I pronounce Lucas as LU-cus, not LU-cass, so it's not an intuitive nn.

I like it a lot, actually. Never thought of it. It's unique but not too weird. Thumbs up!

Lucas "Cass" would be kind of neat in my opinion. I wouldn't use Cassie though, it's too feminine for me.
