[Opinions] Real twin sets that you've heard of IRL.
I was just looking through the twin names on BtN and I saw a set that I've actually encountered IRL: Reva and Vera. They were older ladies that my mom used to work with when I was young. I remember thinking about how their names were anagrams when I met them. And then that got me thinking about how my cousin had twin boys and named them Adam and Aaron (too close and boring IMO). So what are some twinsets that you have actually encountered? Any ones that had a connection that wasn't too obvious? Thanks!
Keeley

Giovanna and Teresa (who were in high school with me).
Francesca and Isabella (the daughters of a distant cousin).
Esther and Elizabeth (who were in kindergarten with me).I have the impression that the habit of matching twinsets like Emma and Ella or Mark and Clark is more common in the US than in Europe.

My dad is a twin and his name is Ian and his brother is Neil. My maternal grandmother has siblings who are twins and their names are Albert "Bert" and Gladys, who strangely enough was known as Betty! I knew twins as school called Emma and Rebecca and I also knew twin boys, but I only remember one of their names and that was Christophe.

Devon April and Emma Gwendolyn - Two of my best friends! Devon is named after the county in England where her dad grew up; April is after her late grandma. I'm not sure about the significance behind Emma and Gwendolyn. Brendan and Jason - I like Brendan, but Jason is too similar, IMO. (-an/on endings)Erin and Christopher "Chris" - Both are NMSLindsay and Sara - If they had both been boys, they would've been named Ty and Drew... not terrible, until you factor in their last name: Curtin! And a set of triplets:
Katherine "Katie", Jessica "Jessie", and Anthony "Tony"

Now that you mention triplets...I graduated with a set of triplets named Lindsay, Samantha, and Matthew (two girls one boy).
