No I do not want my people to marry people related to them
That's not what an intermarriage is-- I mean more of an intergame marriage. Basically, I'd match your children up with someone else's child (like, your daughter, Abigail, might be matched with my son, Edward) and that would be her spouse.

Oh sorry lol. I need to read things slower. Still I'm fine with not having people marry other people's family. Though that does sound cool
