Any you like? Some of those just aren't practical, though they meet the requirements. Have you considered Theodore nn Ned? Doesn't fit the rules, but handsome.

I love Manfred. Too bad that I adore Manny as the nn.
At first I was going to dismiss Nekoda, as it reminds me too much of the trendy Dakota, but I thought better about it and...the name intrigues me. Hmm.
Winfred is interesting. If only it didn't sound so much like Winifred.
I think Maynerd is my favorite name from your list. It begins with May, which I think is a pretty sound. I'd have to change the spelling to Maynard, though, for obvious reasons.
Ned doesn't work for me as a nn for Theodore, sorry. I do, however, like Theo.
