[Opinions] Hannah, Yael and Jakob
Replies
Since they're all Hebrew names, I would prefer them to all either retain their Hebrew pronunciations, Chana, Yael, and Yaakov, or the Anglicised forms of Hannah, Jael, and Jakob (though, this is relative to the person's native language. The spellings would possibly vary from these in other languages.).
As a sibset, they're all very nice. Chana and Yael are two of my favourite characters in the Tanakh, so I think it would be grand to use them together in a sibset. :)
As for other siblings:
Deborah / Dvorah
Rivka / Rebekah
Rachel
Sarah
Abigail / Avigayil
Naomi
Noam
Noah / Noach
Gabriel / Gavriel
Benjamin / Binyamin
