Help[Opinions] Tavish Owen and Cecilia ?

I have no idea on the girl name, to be honest. I'm really liking Cecilia and Tabitha lately so I'd probably go with one of those. Tabitha is too similar to Tavish though so especially in the case of twins, I'd move towards Cecilia instead.

that there's a young lady (indeterminate age- an old 15 to an immature 25) who works at my local grocery store by the name of Tavish. So says her name tag, and the other folks working there call her "Tavi" (rhymes with savvy). The first time I saw her tag, I thought that maybe she'd forgotten hers or grabbed a (male) friend's for a joke. urgh.

it seems male to me but it's such an uncommon name, most people have never heard of it before, so it probably doesn't sound any stranger on a girl.
