[Opinions] Olga.
I am so crazy about this name lately. I find it incredibly sexy. I met a very sexy Olga and this might be why. But I also think all of its phonetics are sexy. The L and G next to each other seems very sensual. The A seems very - idk. complete? and sexy. And O's are always sexy. And I think its shortness is sexy.
Umm. I guess I am saying that I can probably see myself shortlisting it.
My "shortlist" has about 15 names now.
Anyway I want to know what you guys think of Olga!

Er... it was my grandmother's name. I never thought of it as sexy of all things, though it's not a bad name. Then, I'm not sure I'd want to be named something sexy.
Also, it sounds better in Russian than in English (English with an American accent, anyway. I don't know how it sounds in other accents).

Oh... there's someone in my class called Olga and the poor girl is the opposite of sexy. Oh, and when she cheers on her team (she "plays" volleyball) she always lets out this quick "woo-WOO" and that's always the sound I hear when I hear her name. I don't only associate it with her and I can see it as a nice enough name, but the thought of it as sexy makes me giggle because of this Olga I know.
So, I do think it's very snappy and goes well with your others. :)

I don't think it's an ugly name, I just don't find the sound very attractive.
I think Olga is a cool name, but you have to be able to pull it off. Our country has a certain stereotype for this name, and unfortunately, its not a pleasant one (think big, mannish Slavic woman-not trying to start a battle here, I'm just saying that's the old stereotype!). I'm sure in Russia, people feel differently about the name, though.
I can't see anything remotely sexy about this name. I think it is highly unattractive, one of the ugliest names I've ever heard.
I think of Tsar Nicholas II's daughters, Olga, Tatiana, Marie, and Anastasia. I wonder if Olga felt cheated because her sisters had beautiful names and hers was so ugly. Although I imagine in Russia, the name has a positive image.

Wow! I just added Olga to my PNL a week ago after seeing it on a list of saints and realising I really like it (I was looking up St. Oliva, which is another story).
I have to say you're right. I never thought of the name as sexy, but...yeah. It really is.
15 is quite short to me.
I also enjoy Helga...but not quite as much.

It's very nice, though so stereotypically Russian. I don't know if I'd call it "sexy", if not in the sense it conveys images of some ice queen-type femme fatale in a Cold War spy story.
