I find it a little trashy. Like Tanesha or Shanequa or something.

Sounds like a mix of Tanith / Tanis and Talitha. I think those three names are all so cool on their own that they don't need to be smushed into one, but Tanitha hasn't got a bad sound. The sum of them mixed together just doesn't equal any of them individually for me, is all.
